Hatha yoga/ Ashtanga yoga (Monday- Thursday/ Friday-Saturday) – 1:30 Hrs (6:00 PM- 7:30 PM)
Philosophy/ Anatomy (Monday- Thursday/ Friday-Saturday)– 1:30 Hrs (8:00 PM- 9:30 PM)
Meditation – Recorded session
Shatkrama “Cleansing excercises” – Recorded session
Study material will be provided for Self study.
Doubt clearing sessions will also be provided on students demand.

This is a 28 days program so given daily schedule will run for 28 days and Sunday is the off-day
